Lengthwise pull-out compact storage system for long-length goods
Increase your storage capacity and diversify your product range, or simply save on valuable space – it’s all possible with the lengthwise pull-out compact storage system for long-length goods. The system modules are placed right up against each other with no operator pathways in between. The shelf is only pulled out into the aisle by a manual transport shuttle when the operator needs to remove items or place them into storage, thus allowing a front-loading forklift or a Telehub to access the pallets directly. If only individual profiles are required, these can be pulled out of the shelf at the ends. An optional machining shuttle with a built-in saw is also available if you want to cut your materials to length on site.

Functional description
The lengthwise pull-out long-length goods storage systems are positioned right up against one another without any operator pathways in between. If goods need to be loaded into one or more of the compartments or pallets need removing, the entire cantilever rack is pulled out into the aisle using a smooth-running transport shuttle. This makes the material easy to access using a front-loading stacker, a side-loading stacker or the Telehub pallet forklift. As in all HEGLA long-goods storage systems, individual rods can be removed at the front end. An optional picking shuttle is also available for even greater convenience and functionality. The built-in lifting platform grants the operator access to every storage compartment so that they can remove the materials required and cut them to length directly on the work surface of the shuttle.
